I teach in Directed Studies, Yale's great books program, and I offer my own seminars on Greek political thought. My book—Luckless: The Idea of Luck in Ancient Greek Thought—was published by Oxford University Press in April 2026. In 2025, I won the Lux et Veritas teaching prize. When I'm not teaching at Yale, I often teach summer courses at Deep Springs College.
